Umubano Blue Tigers (UBT) registered their first win in the national volleyball league after beating Nyanza-based Lycee de Nyanza 3-1 on Saturday.

The match of the day between INATEK and Rayon Sports was postponed due to heavy rains in Ngoma District.

The home team, INATEK had won the first set and were also leading the second set 12-7 before the match was called off. UBT are still bottom of the league with 4 points, one point behind 7th placed Rusumo High School and six points behind Lycee de Nyanza.
